Twenty years ago (at age 44), Pam left her consulting career because she was tired of being tired, and she finally listened to her inner voice telling her there was more to life. Her insatiable curiosity about how the body and mind worked and how they worked together turned into her new career as a personal trainer. Along the way, she also discovered the need to do things differently to be strong and healthy in her middle years. Like her clients, she wants to be active well into her later years. And she is on a mission to help other "middle-agers" navigate their fitness journey so they age slowly and age strong.
